This project of modern PEI has no rivals among existing typical projects in terms of cost, construction time, economizing on the build-up area and complying with all the rules and regulations. The compactness, mobility and flexibility of development enable us to effectively use the available territory and construct a kindergarten for a needed number of pupils depending on the needs of a microdistrict. Well-balanced planning decisions of ‘Rostok’ PEI make it possible to create not only regular groups for pre-school education, but also compensatory mixed groups which children with different physical abilities will be able to attend. For the moment here are 4 types of space-planning decisions (6, 9, 12 and 18 groups of pupils) based on the use of unified block-modules.

The family PEI project situated on the ground floors of residential houses was created for children who do not attend regular kindergartens, and enables us to fully implement the individual approach to the upbringing of children. Space being organized wisely, compliant with all the sanitary norms, performs the educational, developmental and communicative functions. Playroom, musical hall, mini-library, art workshop, experiment center, recreation room and theater room provided by the project will let each child to find an activity to his/her liking and learn to communicate with others better. Important advantage of such kindergarten is possibility to convert PEI into an educational or sports club or center in case of a demographic change in the neighborhood.

The educational center is designed for 400 pupils and a pre-school room for 40 children. The building complies with all the construction and sanitary norms and regulations. It comprises modern classrooms, gyms and assembly halls with a decent level of insolation. There are separate entrance groups to the premises of the main hallway and lower grades educational section on the ground floor. Capacity of the building is unparalleled in standardized design, which provides good chances for the project to fill the vacant niche in town-planning stock-list..

The school building for 550 pupils is situated in the north-east part of the residential neighborhood ‘Michurino’ which at the moment is under construction. Architectural-and-planning concept of the school was dictated by the need to build an educational institution on an irregular shaped land lot in such a way that it matches the architecture of the RC. Despite its unusual shape, the building complies with all the construction norms and regulations. In order to make pupils’ stay at the school enjoyable, the project design provides an inner court which can be used for organizing school social events. Innovative facade finishing, combination of simplicity of decoration, irregular shape and large window openings create the unique look of the building.

The school site is situated on the ‘Nakhimovo’ RC territory. The project was implemented in full accordance with all the construction and sanitary norms in effect, and provides the possibility to educate handicapped children. Efficient situation of classrooms, auxiliary rooms, sport and leisure grounds facilitate harmonious development of the younger generation, while situating engineering and technical equipment in the underground part of the building is a great example of effective land use.

The open garage-parking is situated in the Otradnoye district, in close vicinity to the major traffic artery of the district – Altufyevskoe roadway. The garage is meant for personal vehicles storage of the district’s dwellers and is easily accessible by means of transport and on foot. 9-storey building of the open type garage is designed taking into account the issue of accessibility for people with limited mobility. Provision is made in this project for security stations, sanitary conveniences and equipment storage spaces. Vehicle entrance and exit to and from the parking’s storeys is performed by using two single-track ramps. Vertical connection between the storeys is performed with the help of four elevators and three stair sets. Despite its stately proportions, the open garage-parking does not look heavy. Due to the facade color scheme – combination of beige-terracota shades – the parking is seamlessly integrated in the residential complex ‘Yurlovo’.

The project comprises a self-service store, a café for 20 visitors, storage and technical premises on the ground floor, nonfood store and administrative premises on the second floor of the building. Taking into account the peculiarities of the site, the architectural concept is based on a triangular shape with two main facades facing the residential buildings. In order to create an impressive image of the complex, we have used the method of step alternation of dumb brick piers and apertures furnished with stained-glass windows. We’ve chosen the massive contrasting moulding embracing the building. Main entrances are furnished with canopies made of steel constructions frame and a transparent cover. At night time there will be an aesthetic lightning of the facades.
