Terra Auri is the technical customer of successful construction of more than 700 000 square meters of residential estate and social infrastructure objects. Company’s major projects are the residential complexes implemented by the holding ‘Vedis group’: ‘Marfino’, ‘Alekseevo’, ‘Nakhimovo’, ‘Michurino’, ‘Golovino’, ‘Yurlovo’.

Marfino

‘Marfino’ is an award winning and one of Moscow’s best-known residential complexes. The project was implemented during the world economic crisis and was completed significantly earlier than due. First dwellers got the keys to their new apartments in April 2009, and in the second quarter of 2010 landscape and infrastructure works were completed and ‘Marfino’ was populated, having become the modern standard for economy-class residential complexes.
Condition: populated, dwellers acquired their Ownership certificates.

Alekseevo

Implementation of ‘Alekseevo’ project went in parallel with the ‘Marfino’ microdistrict project. This residential complex is composed of two multi-storey houses (it’s a popular standard project type P-44T) and an underground parking lot, which roof is used for play and sports grounds.

Nakhimovo

‘Nakhimovo’ is one of the most successful projects in land lot integrated development and creating a comfortable neighborhood with its own infrastructure. ‘Michurino’ residential microdistrict is a large-scale project of integrated development of city’s industrial areas, which is being implemented in the framework of an investment contract with the Moscow government. Harmonious architectural ensemble of this residential complex is composed of best types of houses – P-44T, KOPE-M-PARUS and D-25N. The complex comprises social infrastructure objects: a regular school for 550 pupils and a kindergarten for 255 children. Surrounding area is designed to have a multistoried parking lot.

Golovino

The land lot for residential complex 'Golovino' has become a sustainable microdistrict with its own school, kindergarten and multistoried parking lots. As of now the architectural image of the microdistrict is composed of four houses (type P-44T), the initial design however was dominated by a monolithic two-section house, which was specifically designed for the project by ‘Terra Auri’ architect’s bureau. Though that house wasn’t actually constructed in the said complex, it can be successfully implemented in other microdistricts.
Condition: finishing works completed.
