The holiday ended with an entertainment program.
Through all the three days of the competition weather was fine, sky clear, sun shining, there was a light lake breeze, which nevertheless required skillfulness and excellent teamwork from the racers.
The 8th Pskov sailing regatta has once again proved that marine traditions are still alive in Russia, sailing fleet is developing, there are a lot of people who are ready to collect and save for the future generations the invaluable experience, mastership, traditions of marine brotherhood, traditions of helping each other – in other words, everything that connects all the people who are not indifferent, the thing which develops and reflects best traits in everyone.
Though our teams participated in one of the most difficult and traumatic classes – ‘Micro’ they showed true mastership and excellent teamwork. Despite the minimum time for preparation, actually solving serious technical problems on the go, our teams have done their best and managed to come in the winning threes in virtually all of the seven races!
