Today, the young and rapidly developing bureau has a lot to be proud of: we are the authors of large-scale complex development projects, individual residential houses, modern business office centers and social infrastructure facilities projects. Some projects were created in cooperation with well-known foreign architects.
Our technical customer office is responsible for all the complexities of preparing and approving the design documentation, interaction with contractor organizations and public authorities.

Also in 2011, a design bureau which is a part of the Terra Auri group of companies got wide professional recognition for the development of the Russian Creation and Education Concept (ROSTOK). A design that changed the idea of what the building of a modern pre-school education institution must be like, was highly appraised by architects and education workers and was recommended as the basic one for use in the country’s regions as part of the All-Russian program, Kindergartens for Children.
